a. Non-STIHL Products
Products, parts and accessories that are not STIHL branded are purchased directly on stihlshopamberley.co.nz. Payment is taken at checkout, and orders are managed and shipped by Turf Force Limited / STIHL Shop Amberley.
b. STIHL Products
STIHL products and STIHL product categories link to stihlshop.co.nz/amberley. When you select a STIHL product, your purchase and payment are processed on that site in accordance with their terms. We act as the authorised retailer and order details may be shared between sites.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship non-STIHL products from our warehouse in NZ.
Delivery terms, costs and timing are shown at checkout and/or confirmation.
Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you nominate.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to:
